Customer communication platforms process and store personal identifiers.

7. Has CCTV with Identifiable Individuals
If faces can be identified and footage is stored digitally, DPDP applies.

8. Maintains Employee Data Digitally
HR files, attendance systems, payroll software, Aadhaar/PAN copies — all are regulated.
